Please allow up to 10 business days (not including weekends or holidays) for items to ship. All orders are shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. USA delivery is within 5-7 business days after the order ships.
If you have made your payment with an e-check through PayPal, your order will not be shipped until the payment has cleared.
If you have NOT received a tracking number after 10 business days, please check your junk/spam then email us to inquire about your order. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Once you have received a tracking number for your order, any issues or concerns regarding the shipment must be handled through the carrier as the order is now in their possession!
If a shipment is showing as "DELIVERED" with your tracking number, you will need to contact the carrier, as that is a delivery issue, and we would not be able to correct a delivery issue. Delivery issues (including damage, theft, and misdeliveries MUST be handed through the carrier).

All orders must select Shipping as the delivery method.
