Shipping policy
Unless specified, all orders will be shipped via UPS Ground on our account. Shipments cannot be made to a PO Box. Third party shipping is available for $3.00 net per box, and must be specified on P.O. with account number. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
Ship weights specified in catalog are estimates only. Digital Doodle Designs will not be responsible for variations between actual ship weight and freight estimates.
All orders should specify a firm "in-hands" date if one is needed, including shipping method. If shipping method is not specified, Digital Doodle Designs reserves the right to ship via expedited or overnight service, at customers expense, to meet the date.
Digital Doodle Designs does not guarantee delivery by any freight carrier.
Merchandise damaged in transit is the sole responsibility of the carrier. Digital Doodle Designs is not responsible for freight charges incurred on special shipping methods, extra charges due to dimensional weight, or charges for address changes caused by incorrect information on purchase orders. Failure to provide complete and accurate shipping addresses may cause delays to your shipment and a fee will be incurred for correction to shipment.
Products and shipments from countries other than the United States can be delayed by acts of God, force majeure, holidays, weather, government agencies, customs, security, freight delays and many other issues outside the control of Digital Doodle Designs. Digital Doodle Designs does not guarantee any ship dates due to the above named issues. Shipments from outside the United States are subject to applicable duty and custom clearance fees and charges.
